JamiiAfrica is seeking a dynamic and experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist to help strengthen our results-driven programs. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of effective MEL systems that support data-informed decision-making, learning, and adaptive management across our projects. This role is central to ensuring that our interventions remain impactful, responsive, and aligned with our mission.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred), with at least 5 years of MEL experience in NGOs or donor-funded initiatives. Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, along with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, KoboToolbox, or SPSS, are essential.
