On 17 July 2026, JamiiAfrica welcomed H.E. Christine Grau, the European Union Ambassador to Tanzania, for a farewell visit as she prepared to conclude her diplomatic assignment in the country.
Since assuming office on 1 September 2023, Ambassador Grau has contributed to strengthening cooperation between the European Union and Tanzania while engaging with partners working to advance social development, governance, and citizen participation.
The visit provided an opportunity to reflect on the shared values and collaboration between JamiiAfrica and the European Union in promoting access to information, civic engagement, and inclusive digital spaces.
